This class, taught by teacher Marta Lauria, is a "big kids" music and movement class. Class will explore musical concepts such as tempo, dynamics, range and expression as well as basic rhythmic notation, all taught in an age-appropriate context. Classes provide opportunities for listening, singing, percussion play, discovering rhythm through creative movement, and improvisation as a means of musical expression.  A drop-off class, but parents and caregivers are welcome to attend!  Maximum class size: 10 students.

8-week Fall '10 term:

Saturdays 4:30pm (classes are 45 minutes)

September 11 - November 13  - (No class 9/25 for Open Studios, or 10/9 for Columbus Day weekend) - prorated late registration available.

Tuition:  $145 (add $15 registration fee for families new to the Music Center)
