Below is a form you can fill out to register for classes.  Credit card payment can be made in-full at time of registration, or you can select the "Pay Later" option and mail in a check.  We also accept check payments of $50 to reserve your spot in a class, with balance due on your first class day.  Please mail in tuition or deposit within 5 days of registration to guarantee your spot in a class.  Spots will not be held for registrations without payment. Checks can be mailed to Children's Music Center of J.P., 284 Amory Street, Jamaica Plain, MA  02130.
